Jesse Peckham, P.E.

PRESIDENT

Jesse Peckham has over 20 years of civil engineering design, construction, and development management consulting experience. His background in all sides and aspects of development gives a unique perspective on project delivery and an understanding of what it takes for a project to be successful. This background, along with having a strong client-focused personality, and being a highly collaborative leader allows for the success of delivering on challenging projects above expectations.

BRANDON COLLINS, P.E.

Vice President

Brandon provides engineering and construction management services to multiple special districts and private clients. Brandon has over 22 years of experience in engineering and construction including design of large scale residential developments and commercial site plans.

BARRETT MARROCCO, P.E.

Director

Barrett has 11 years of experience in project management, including over 5 years as a consultant for Special Districts. As a District Engineer for multiple Metropolitan Districts throughout Colorado, he is responsible for everything from conceptual planning to cost certifications and facilities acquisitions. In his free time, Barrett enjoys playing golf, attending live sport events, and spending time with his family.

Kim FIORE, P.E.

Senior Project Manager

Kim has 21 years of special district engineering experience including, coordination, with jurisdictions, bidding, contract management, construction observation, cost certifications, infrastructure acquisitions, due diligence review, easement coordination, cost estimating, scheduling, civil design for land development projects, environmental engineering design and municipal plan review for permitting.

Stan Fowler, P.E.

Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager with IDES Stan uses his breadth of knowledge from the design field and in-depth understanding of complex infrastructure to provide superior district engineering services in the Denver Area. Prior to joining IDES, Stan acquired over 7 years of experience in the civil engineering design field working with various development teams, communities, and governmental agencies to deliver long lasting infrastructure all over the US. When Stan is away from the office and not at a job site you may find him spending time with his significant other and rescued pup or cycling around Colorado’s breathtaking foothills and front range areas.

TANNA L. BOISVERT

TECHNICAL FIELD AND REGULATORY SPECIALIST

Tanna has over 30 years of experience in utility operation and construction as a foreman, supervisor, civil inspector and project manager with 10 years experience in stormwater management and drainage. Tanna is proficient in all construction processes from administration to field services.

Wes Back, P.E.

Project Manager

Wes has over 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction in various roles from field engineer to construction manager. Outside of the office Wes enjoys a nice round on the links, camping in the Rocky Mountains, skiing, and waterfowl hunting.

Elesha Carbaugh-Gonzalez

Contracts Manager

Elesha has over 15 years of legal and regulatory experience including working directly with Metro Districts. She’s handled state and regulatory filings all over the country, and worked with a litany of commissions and institutions to ensure accurate and timely filings. In her free time, Elesha enjoys writing, listening to podcasts, live music, baking, public speaking, reading, and exploring the country with her family.

Chase Hanusa, P.E.

Project Manager

Chase achieved a degree in Civil Engineering and since has acquired 5 years of experience in infrastructure planning and construction services. He uses his skills and knowledge to provide clients with top quality district engineering services throughout Colorado. Outside of work, Chase enjoys spending his time exploring the mountains through backcountry snowboarding, off-roading, camping, and hiking.

Andrew Gaittens, EIT

Project Manager

Andrew has 2 years of experience in special district engineering services, 2 years in engineering design, and a degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. He manages multiple projects in the Denver area as a third-party engineer for metropolitan districts. Andrew enjoys long hikes, fishing, skiing, playing guitar, and lifting weights on his free time.

Cody conry, EIT

Project Engineer

Cody joined IDES as a Project Engineer in 2022 with two years of experience in large-scale commercial construction. He moved to IDES bringing knowledge of infrastructure improvement and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Construction Management. In his free time, he enjoys playing intramural sports like basketball and softball, snowboarding, and exploring nature.

Nicholas Merelli, EIT

Project Engineer

Nicholas joined IDES as an Intern while completing his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2022. While in school, he was Vice President of the ASCE Civil Engineering Club in addition to aiding in diverse projects with the Bureau of Reclamation and the City of Grand Junction. Nicholas has proven to have strong interpersonal and communication skills that aid in successful district projects while maintaining an integrity focused reputation. Nicholas has a strong dedication to family and is enthusiastic about the Rocky Mountains enjoying hiking, fishing, and skiing.

Michael Wolfersperger, EIT

Project Engineer

Michael has 1 year of experience in special district engineering services and a degree in physics from Fort Lewis College. He provides support to project managers for multiple projects along the front range.

Valeria Trevizo

Project Engineer

Valeria joined IDES as a summer intern in 2022 while attending Colorado School of Mines, pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Valeria is passionate about making a difference with her career. In her free time, Valeria enjoys spending time with family, friends, hiking, and exploring different places.
