BRANDON COLLINS, P.E.

Director of ConstRUCTION ManagEMENT

Brandon has over 25 years’ experience in the engineering and construction industry, in both the public and private sectors. He has 8+ years of experience working with metro districts. He takes great pride in being involved in and has experience throughout the entirety of development, from design to project closeout. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and keeping up with his children’s sports activities.

BARRETT MARROCCO, P.E.

Director

Barrett has 11 years of experience in project management, including over 5 years as a consultant for Special Districts. As a District Engineer for multiple Metropolitan Districts throughout Colorado, he is responsible for everything from conceptual planning to cost certifications and facilities acquisitions. In his free time, Barrett enjoys playing golf, attending live sport events, and spending time with his family.

Kim Jones, P.E.

Senior Project Manager

Kim has 23 years of special district engineering experience including, coordination, with jurisdictions, bidding, contract management, construction observation, cost certifications, infrastructure acquisitions, due diligence review, easement coordination, cost estimating, scheduling, civil design for land development projects, environmental engineering design and municipal plan review for permitting.

Stan Fowler, P.E.

Senior Project Manager

Stan has over 9 years of experience in the civil engineering field working with various development teams, communities, and governmental entities to deliver long lasting infrastructure. As a Senior Project Manager, Stan uses his breadth of knowledge from the design field and in-depth understanding of complex infrastructure to provide superior district engineering services throughout Colorado. When Stan is away from the office and not at a job site you may find him spending time with his significant other and rescued pup or cycling around Colorado’s breathtaking front range.

TANNA L. BOISVERT

Senior ConstrucTION Manager and Senior Technical SpeciALIST

Tanna has over 35 years of experience in the public and private sectors in project management and regulatory compliance. In her 8 years with IDES, Tanna has worked with over 60 Metropolitan Districts and over 25 special projects related to project management, expenditure verification, infrastructure acquisition, and regulatory compliance. Tanna’s favorite part of her job is the thrill of providing exceptional service in a timely and cost-efficient way. Outside of work Tanna enjoys playing sports, physical challenges, traveling with her sister and off roading with her husband and kids. 

Wes Back, P.E.

Project Manager

Wes has over 7 years of experience in heavy civil construction management, including experience as a construction project manager before joining the IDES team. He has worked on residential and commercial projects overseeing the construction of utilities, roads and concrete structures. Wes uses his field knowledge and civil engineering background to bring value to his clients from preconstruction services to project closeout. As a Colorado native, Wes enjoys exploring the Rocky Mountains, playing golf on the many beautiful golf courses across the state, skiing, and travelling with his wife.

Elesha Carbaugh-Gonzalez

Contracts Manager

Elesha has over 17 years of legal and regulatory experience including working directly with Metro Districts. She’s handled state and regulatory filings all over the country, and worked with a litany of commissions and institutions to ensure accurate and timely filings. In her free time, Elesha enjoys reading, mountain Ryker rides with her husband, camping, and road trips with her family.

Chase Hanusa, P.E.

Project Manager

Chase achieved a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri in 2017. Chase has worked in infrastructure planning and construction services were he has become highly skilled and versatile with capability of executing on project deliverables in a cost effective and timely matter without compromises to quality.  He uses he sound judgement, skills, and knowledge to provide clients with top quality engineering services. Outside of work, Chase enjoys spending his time exploring the mountains through backcountry snowboarding, off-roading, camping, and hiking.

 

Andrew Gaittens, P.E.

Project Manager

Andrew is a Purdue University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He brings 3 years of experience in special district engineering services and 2 years in design engineering. Andrew specializes in managing projects for residential, commercial, and industrial metropolitan districts. Beyond the office, you’ll find him exploring trails, casting lines, hitting the slopes, or lifting weights.

Cody conry, EIT

Project Engineer

Cody joined IDES as a Project Engineer in Spring of 2022 with a background in large-scale commercial construction and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. In his time with IDES, he has been a part of the Construction Management team working on all phases of large-scale District construction projects. He uses his background and knowledge to help projects run smoothly and keep clients up to date. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, playing softball, and live music.

Nicholas Merelli

Project Engineer

 Nicholas completed his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2022. While in school, he was Vice President of the ASCE Civil Engineering Club serving as a leader for the ASCE Steel Bridge Design Team, riverbank stabilization projects with the Bureau of Reclamation, and city planning projects with the City of Grand Junction.  Since then, Nicholas has gained two years of experience in special district engineering services with IDES on the construction administration team providing Cost Certification and Infrastructure Acquisition Reports.  Nicholas has proven to have strong interpersonal and communication skills that aid in successful district projects while maintaining an integrity focused reputation. Nicholas has a strong dedication to family and is enthusiastic about the Rocky Mountains enjoying hiking, fishing, and skiing.

Michael Wolfersperger

Project Engineer

Michael Joined IDES in 2022 and has 2 years’ experience certifying costs for Metropolitan District and graduated from Fort Lewis College with a degree in physics in 2019. He provides support to project managers for multiple projects along the front range and western slopes. In his free time Michael enjoys playing D&D and video games with his family and friends.

Valeria Trevizo

Project Engineer

 Valeria graduated from Colorado School of Mines in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. At IDES, she has gained experience in Special District engineering and stormwater management. With a diverse skill set, Valeria adds significant value to her team. Valeria is passionate about making a difference in her career and, in her free time, finds joy in the company of friends and family, hiking, embarking on new projects, and exploring new horizons through travel.
